Extension Campus Update - Aug 2008

We gathered in the 100+ degree heat on Saturday, Aug 2, for our Summer Festival at Frontier School. Many of you volunteered time, energy and resources to help us reach out to the community in the Conservatory area. Our numbers were not what we expected, but what we discovered (and what we already knew) is that Faith Church continues to be a group of people committed to serving the Lord cheerfully and faithfully as needed for events such as this. The Cameron family did a wonderful job with our puppet show and Keir Royale kept everyone laughing with his comedy and magic routines! A huge thanks goes out to Marcia Mundell and her amazing team of helpers who organized games, food, prizes and more! And thanks to Steve Hill for taking care of our technical needs and, of course, those fantastic jumping castles!
God is moving in the Conservatory area of Aurora. Let's move with Him and celebrate together what He is doing in and through us!
Stay tuned to this page for more events coming soon to the Conservatory area including a fun night of clean comedy and music on Saturday November 15th as well as our 2nd annual Christmas in Conservatory which will take place on Saturday night December 13th!
